Refund & Shipping Policy
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We aim for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange/refund on unopened and unused items, within 14 business days of your delivery date.
To Process A Return
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return and include your order number, shipping address and contact information. We will respond within 24 hours. If your candle arrived damaged, please include a photograph of it when you contact us. All returns are subject to approval.
To Process An Exchange
Email email@example.com your original order number, shipping address and contact information along with the new item you would like to exchange your item for. Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped out at your cost.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning/exchanging item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot be responsible for refunding items lost in transit.
All orders ship within 3-5 business days upon order placement. All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Tracked 48.
